iOS Setup

  • Follow these steps to set up O365 faculty/staff email on your iPhone or iPad:
    1. Make sure your phone is connected to WiFi.
    2. Tap “Settings.”

    3. Scroll down. Tap “Mail, Contacts, Calendars.”

    4. Tap “Add Account.”

    5. Tap “Exchange.”

    6. Enter your JWU email address, JWU password, and a description (i.e. “Work email”). Also, enter “outlook.office365.com” for the server name.

    7. Tap “Next.”
    8. Turn features (contacts, calendars, etc.) off or on.

    9. Tap “Save.” Your setup is complete: JWU email is now added to your mobile device’s inbox.
