Banner Report

  • Follow these steps to request a report from banner:
    1. Be prepared to provide the following information:
    • What the report will be used for
    • What data fields are required on output (i.e. First Name, Last Name, ID#, etc.)
    • How information should appear on the report, file or spreadsheet
    • What criteria need to be used to select the subset of data you want (i.e. all students vs. active students, CE vs. Grad, U.S. vs. International)
    • How the data should be sorted (i.e. alpha, by ID #, etc.)
    • Any totals, counts, or averages calculations required
    • How often the report/list will be needed
    2. Download and complete the Banner Report Request Form.
    4. IT will contact you to review your request, and determine a completion date for the report.
