*Please be advised that Quest Password Reset Manager (PRM) is being retired end of March, 2019. All Students, Staff & Faculty are required to register with its replacement, Microsoft Self Service Password Reset (SSPR). It is very important to register with SSPR as soon as possible to ensure continued University access.
If you need to reset your password and are not registered with SSPR then you may continue with the steps below to reset your password.
Once you’ve reset your password you may register with SSPR by visiting the SSPR registration page: (https://sspr.jwu.edu)
If you have already registered with Self Service Password Reset and need to reset your password, you may do so by clicking the following link: (https://password.jwu.edu)

2. Enter your username.
3. Click your username from the list that displays.
4. Choose your option:
Set a New Password: Click "Forgot My JWU Password."
Change a Password: Click "Manage My JWU Password."
Change your Security Questions: Click "My JWU Questions & Answers Profile."
Then, follow the onscreen instructions.
5. Wait 20 minutes.
Once your password is reset, wait 20 minutes before using the new password.
